The Festival will take place on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the Shaw Center for the Arts. All films submitted will be juried.

Narrative
There will be one winner for each category, and best “local talent” and
a Director’s Choice Award. Submission deadline is (must be postmarked on or before) Friday, March 20, 2009.
